How Do I Register?

IT'S EASY!

If you have already spoken with an Air Orlando Aviation, Inc. staff member, and understand the necessary steps, CLICK HERE TO REGISTER NOW! Otherwise...

Another link will be provided at the bottom of this page. Once you are in the system under "New User Registration", follow the link labeled "Click here to register"

Fill out your personal information- Name, Address, Contact Numbers, e-mail addresses, and User Name, and Password. Under "E-mail Notifications" we recommend checking all of the boxes for now; you can deactivate any of the options shown if you desire to do so in the future.

We'll Take it From Here!

Shortly after you register, we will approve your addition to the system and you will be ready to go! On December 7th, you may begin utilizing the system to schedule airplane and helicopter training flights, rental aircraft, and flight instructors by going to www.flyairorlando.com and clicking on the link entitled "Online Scheduling Now Available". (located on the left hand side of our homepage for now)

How Do I Learn to Use the System?

Your online scheduling system has been designed as a very intuitive application, and you will likely master it very quickly. When you access the system for the first time, please click on the link "Getting Around and making a schedule in Flight Schedule Pro"

How Will the New System Work?

Using the link on our website and your User Name and Password, you will be able to access our schedule 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! You will be able to tailor the format and content of the schedule that you view, (i.e. view only the aircraft that you are currently checked out and qualified to rent, and view only the instructors that you train with)! You may also schedule aircraft and instructors, and change or cancel scheduled events up to 4 hours in advance! If it becomes necessary to make changes to the electronic schedule with less than 4 hours of notice, please contact Customer Service or your scheduled airplane/helicopter Flight Instructor. You will also be able to receive notifications from us about special circumstances and events, and the system will send confirmation e-mails each time you make either a reservation or a change to a reservation.

What Will Happen to the Reservations I Have Already Made on Air Orlando's Paper Schedule?

Late on December 6th our staff will transfer all reservations that are shown on our paper schedule for the future to the electronic scheduling system. On December 7th, we will be ready for you to begin utilizing the system, and you may verify any reservations that you may have already made.

Can I Still Call Air Orlando to Schedule Rentals and Training?

Can I Still Arrange Future Flights While I am at Air Orlando?

Absolutely!! Our Customer Service Staff and Flight Instructors will still be just a phone call away if you would like for them to schedule events or register you to the system. Additionally, there will be a computer terminal placed where the paper schedule is currently located for your use while you are at Air Orlando.
